Ourgroup focuseson thepathogenic mechanism ofXanthomonasoryzaepv. oryzae (Xoo), the pathogen of rice bacterial blight. We are interested in the interaction between theXooeffectors and the pant. We are trying to know the role effectors paly when Xoo infecting its host.
