本研究小组致力于苏云金芽胞杆菌杀线虫及昆虫机制的深入研究。以模式生物秀丽小杆线虫和鳞翅目模式昆虫家蚕为模型，研究Bt和宿主的相互作用，探索Bt在漫长进化过程中，突破宿主免疫防线、成功定殖、最后杀死宿主，成功实现自身扩繁的独特的侵染机制。

This team is devoted to studying the mechanism of Bt interacting with nematodes and insects.We use model organism C.elegans and Lepidoptera insect Bombyx mori to discover the interaction between Bt and the host. Futhermore , we aim to

explore the unique infecting mechanism of Bt escaping from the immune system of host , realizing colonization, and causing death of the host eventually, so as to realize its reproduction in the long process of evolution.
