our team devote to exploit and use bacteriophages as the biocontrol agent and strengthen stability and prolong persistent efficacy period of Bt in soil. And our team’s interests focus on the following aspects.

1.investigating the interaction of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) and its phage to provide theoretical basis for strengthening stability and prolonging persistent efficacy period of Bt agent.

2.isolating and characterizing bacteriophages of Xanthomonas and Ralstoniasolanacearum to exploit bacteriophage bacteriacide controlling phytopathologens caused by Xanthomonas and Ralstoniasolanacearum.

3.screening and cloning wide-spectrum lyticase of bacteriophage to control pathogenic banteria resistant to antibiotics.

4.constructing efficient genetic operating system namely CRISPR-Cassystem in Bt.

2. 分离并鉴定黄单胞菌和青枯菌噬菌体，利用噬菌体疗法来控制由这两种病原菌引起的植物病害。

3. 筛选并克隆广谱的噬菌体溶壁酶来控制对抗生素有抗性的病原菌。

4. 在苏云金芽胞杆菌中构建高效遗传操作系统及CRISPR-Cas操作系统。
