刘华林，山东烟台人。现主要从事苏云金芽胞杆菌新型杀虫蛋白基因的发掘工作，以及苏云金芽胞杆菌群体多样性与比较基因组学研究。爱好广而不精，喜欢写小说，玩乐器；体育运动中最喜欢的当属轮滑，其次为羽毛球与健身；特长为电脑维修与贴膜。
