我叫刘锦，研究方向为土壤中噬菌体对苏云金芽胞杆菌消长规律的影响。由于苏云金芽胞杆菌已被开发成世界上最大的活菌类生物杀虫剂，但是Bt菌剂在施入土壤中后存活效率很低，严重影响了其持效期，本研究拟探讨噬菌体对Bt菌剂在土壤环境中的消长规律影响，揭示Bt菌剂在施入土壤中后存活效率低的机制，为提高Bt在土壤中的存活率从而提高Bt制剂的持效期提供理论依据。

日常生活中是一个乐观开朗的人，喜欢看书、看电影、听歌、打乒乓球。

My research is about the influence on the growth and decline of Bacillus thuringiensis from　 bacteriophage in soil. Because Bacillus thuringiensis, has been developed into biological insecticides, which is widely used in the world. However, the Bacillus thuringiensis that was put into the soil has showed low survival rates and was lack of persistent effect for those insects. Therefore, the research intends to explore one of the influencing factors which is the effect from bacteriophage in soil., and reveal the mechanism of the interaction. In order to provide theoretical basis of the interaction and then to improve the persistence of the biological insecticides made from Bacillus thuringiensis.

In daily life, I’m an optimistic and outgoing girl, and willing to read books, watch movies, listen musics, and play ping-pong.
